Quality material

45 carbon steel is the standard material for making blow molds because it is easy to machine after forging. At the same time we also provide S136 type of steel. S136 is a kind of stainless steel with high hardness (for HRC30). Mold cavities made of this steel do not need to be gold-plated, and molds will last longer. Aircraft-grade aluminum alloys are usually used for fully automatic blow molding machines, which provide better cooling and are lighter in weight.

Processing equipment

For different bottle types, QJ's processing department uses different equipment, such as 3-axis machining centers, precision machining centers, etc. The advanced processing equipment to ensure the capacity requirements of the final blowing mold enhances the competitiveness of QJ series blowing molds in the same industry.
